Getting Help

Having problems at school? There are many ways to get help.

Here are some ideas:

1. Talk to someone. It could be a friend, a teacher, another member of staff, Mr Richbell, your parents or another family member.

2. Draw the problem and show it to someone at school.

3. Write it down and give it to a member of staff.

4. Ask a friend to talk to a member of staff for you.
If a problem gets so big you don't feel able to talk to someone in school, you can get help from other places. For instance 'ChildLine' is a charity specially to help children who need someone to talk to. You can call them from any phone free of charge on 0800 1111. Have a look at their website.
