Our school is built on Christian principles and values.
Vision
What would a 30 year old look like, partly as a result of attending St Nicolas CE Primary School?
In order to ensure that our children grow into adults with the ability to adapt and succeed in a diverse and evolving global society, we encourage our children to be individuals who: develop the skills and knowledge to pursue a productive and fulfilling life; know how to learn independently; demonstrate respect, curiosity, perseverance and courage; take on responsibilities in the service of others and act out of love and friendship.
Mission
It is our mission to provide every child with a high standard of education. A curriculum which opens up possibilities, broadens horizons and awakens intellectual curiosity. Experiences which are exciting and interesting in the present while preparing them for a successful life and to make a positive difference in the world.
Values
These are the qualities we seek to live by, embody and promote. Everything we do is rooted in our values in order to ensure that we achieve our vision for our pupils. They underpin our mission & vision. They drive the curriculum, providing a window through which to see the world.
