Health and Wellbeing

Welcome to our 'health and wellbeing' page. During this extraordinary time, families will all face challenges in terms of managing worries and stress. This page will be sharing advice we have received from consultants we work with in school as well as guidance we feel could be useful.

Please contact us if you would like any further support with health and wellbeing via: admin@stnicolas.brighton-hove.sch.uk

Please also refer to the 'Special Educational Needs' page for further resources you may find useful.
These resources are ideas for looking after the mental health and wellbeing of the whole family.

(Beware of Cosmic Kids Yoga. It is an extreme workout for grown ups!)

The next two are ideas for activities to help you feel good as a family, and find out what suits you best.
