Holiday Club

12th October 2015

Class Of Their Own will be running a Holiday Club throughout the October half term from Monday 26th to Friday 30th October. The theme for the week will be ‘The Great and The Gruesome’, kicking off on Monday with Spectacular Sci-Fi, followed by Enchanting Tales on Tuesday, Wednesday’s Creatures of the Night, Horrid History on Thursday and finishing with Friday’s Halloween Spooktacular. With each new theme comes a range of new and exciting activities for the children to get involved with, from cooking to crafts to sport, Class Of Their Owns child centred approach ensures there is something for everyone!

Class Of Their Own are also running a Forest School from Tuesday 27th – Thursday 29th October. Children can get adventurous in the woods, exploring their natural surroundings and participating in outdoor activities such as building dens, lighting fires, making mud pies, crafts and much more. Pick up will be from Brunswick and Hove School.

All clubs will provide healthy morning and afternoon snacks, so parents just need to provide their children with a (free from nuts) packed lunch and drink. For more information about the Holiday Club and Forest School you can visit www.classoftheirown.com or pick up a Holiday Club leaflet at the After School Club, you will also find information there about how to book a place.

Holiday clubs will be open at Brunswick Infants, Brunswick Juniors, Downs, Hove School, Peter Gladwin, Swiss Gardens and Sompting. The standard day is 8.30am – 3.30pm, however, it is possible for an additional fee to start at 8am and finish later – last pick up is at 6pm.

From fizzing cauldrons to flickering fireflies, gingerbread houses to jelly worms and truffle eyeballs, it is set to be a fun filled, spooktacular Halloween half term, that children of all ages and interests will enjoy.
